Florentine Kitchen Knives

Founded in 2012 by industrial designer Tomer Botner, Florentine Kitchen Knives is based in Barcelona, Spain and specializes in chef knife and culinary tool design and small-batch production. Originally from the Florentine neighborhood of south-west Tel Aviv, Tomer works with restaurants and chefs around the world and designs beautifully balanced, high-performance cutlery for cooks everywhere. Opened in 2022, operated by Tomer, his wife Noam, and a small team of talented craftspeople, Florentine Kitchen Knives now occupies a shop and showroom space in downtown Barcelona that hosts workshops and knifemaking classes, imparting the knowledge gained over a decade of making.
